This World Mental Health Day (and beyond), we’re reflecting on how many people are still waiting for mental health support — and how, while we campaign for change, we can also care for one another through creativity, kindness, and connection.
At Bumble Creatives CIC in collaboration with Flourish Oxford, we see every day how important access to counselling is. But we also see how healing can begin in our communities, in friendships, shared creativity, and safe spaces that remind us we’re not alone.
Through Bumble Creatives CIC, we’ve seen this in action: intergenerational art projects, creative wellbeing sessions, and community spaces that help people reconnect, rebuild confidence, and feel part of something bigger.
That’s why, this World Mental Health Day, we’re launching Together, We Care, a gentle community campaign and toolkit encouraging people to share what helps them care for their mental health, or what they’d offer to someone else who’s struggling.
